Calroth

Calroth, the stone troll that was struck down by a twelve-year-old Lor.

Calroth was an enourmous stone troll that, in an outburst of rage, went to lay waste to the village of Rötskívar. Unexpectedly, he was challenged by a young boy. The boy said that if he were able to defeat the troll in a battle of wits, he must leave. Calroth accepted the challenge. When the young boy had beaten the troll, he became furious and hostile. He began to destroy the village. But, before he was able to cause any real damage, the young boy was able to defeat the troll by tripping him on a hay bale and dropping a large boulder on his head. The young boy was named Lor, and would soon become one of the most well-known Norse heroes in history.
